Orders and Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect payment.
If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
We accept both prepaid (via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
A ₹100 COD fee applies to cash-on-delivery orders. Prepaid orders have no additional charge.
Kiraangi is not responsible for any failed or delayed payment due to bank or gateway issues.
Discounts and Promotions
From time to time, Kiraangi may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or seasonal sales.
All offers are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation without prior notice.
Only one discount or coupon can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship across India only.
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 days of dispatch.
For prepaid orders, processing is quicker as no verification call is required.
COD orders are verified by phone before dispatch.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We have a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns and exchanges can be raised via our website within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds are initiated within 7–14 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
Certain products (such as sale items or customized pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.
