At Kiraangi, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and safely while ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries across India.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 3–4 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please note:
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Processing time may vary slightly during festive seasons or high-demand periods.
  • Delivery Time

    Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped. You can use this link to check your expected delivery date.
  • Shipping Partners

    All our deliveries are handled securely through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, which works with leading courier services across India to ensure reliable delivery.

    Shipping Charges & Payment Modes

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders above ₹3000.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹100 applies to all orders below ₹3000.
  • Prepaid Orders: Accepted through credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI. Prepaid orders are usually processed faster since a verification call is not required. We recommend prepaid payment for faster service and a seamless checkout experience.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders will be verified via a phone call before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays. COD orders include an additional ₹100 COD fee.
  • Packaging

    At Kiraangi, we believe in mindful fashion — and that extends to our packaging too. We make conscious efforts to use minimal plastic and adopt eco-friendly materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

    Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

    Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
  • Once we receive the returned package, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery or initiate a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
  • In rare cases where your pincode is unserviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for your order.
  • Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

    While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, etc.). We appreciate your patience and understanding during such instances.

    Returns & Exchanges Shipping

    For returns or exchanges, the shipping charges are borne by the customer, and the same will be deducted from the refund amount as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
