Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in delivering premium-quality garments, but in rare cases where a return or size exchange is required, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges apply only to full-priced products purchased directly from www.kiraangi.com.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving their order.
  • Each order is eligible for only one-time return or exchange. Multiple requests for the same order will not be accepted.
  • We request all customers to refer to the size guide carefully before placing an order to ensure accurate sizing.
  • Product Condition Requirements

    To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A parcel opening video is required only in cases of a damaged or defective product, clearly showing the issue.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Return Process

    KIRAANGI aims to make your return experience simple and transparent.
    Here’s how it works:
    • Raise a return request within 3 days of delivery through the form provided below.
    • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (RTO) from your delivery address.
    • The shipping charges for the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
    • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the bank account details provided by you during the refund request.
    Please note: Refunds will not be issued to third-party accounts or wallets.

    Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues Only)

    Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.
    • If you received the correct product but need a different size, an exchange can be requested within 3 days of delivery. (Mention size in the form below)
    • Exchanges are not allowed for color, style, or design preferences.
    • A reverse pickup charge of ₹200 will apply to all exchange requests.
    • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
    Please ensure you refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to avoid size-related issues.

    Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery, clearly showing the defect.
  • Upon verification, KIRAANGI may approve a return or exchange at its discretion.
  • Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
  • Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after successful quality verification at our warehouse.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • KIRAANGI reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions.
  • All decisions made by KIRAANGI regarding refunds or exchanges are final and binding.
